Shipping Policy

  1. All orders are shipped by courier.
  2. How long will it take?

    • Parcels will generally be sent out within 1-3 working days of your payment being made. It then takes about 2-5 working days for the parcel to arrive. Timelines depend on your location. You will receive a tracking link for your orders.
    • We will notify you if we won’t be able to deliver within the above timeframes. You may then, within 7 days of being notified, choose whether or not to cancel your order. If you choose to cancel your order, we will reimburse you for the price paid.
    • We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.
  3. Delivery Charges

  4. Delivery costs are currently set at R120 within the western cape.
  5. Deliveries outside the Western Cape

  6. If you would like delivery outside of the Western Cape, we cannot assist with shipping arrangements, but we would be happy to package your order for collection by your own courier or shipping company.
  7. If your delivery address is unusually remote or if we’re unable to deliver, we might contact you to discuss alternative options.
  8. *You get FREE delivery for orders of R1000 or more, with the exception of furniture items such as pianos.
  9. Undelivered Packages

    If your parcel can’t be delivered due to an incorrect address provided to us, the courier will let us know and we will contact you for updated details. If the courier charges an additional fee in such a case, we will request that you confirm payment before the parcel is re-shipped. In the unlikely event that a parcel is signed for at the incorrect address provided, we unfortunately cannot be liable.
